Brief
Nestled in the heart of Noosa, Santika is a thoughtfully reimagined unit renovation that embodies a fresh, modern-coastal aesthetic defined by lightness, warmth and refined simplicity. Gull Design was engaged to deliver both the interior design and joinery, transforming the compact footprint into a calm, tactile retreat that feels elevated yet effortlessly liveable.
Guided by a palette of soft neutrals, warm timbers and subtle textural contrasts, the home was redesigned to maximise natural light, improve flow and introduce a sense of quiet luxury. Custom joinery anchors each space, combining clean lines with purposeful detailing to enhance practicality while maintaining a contemporary elegance.
The result is an intentional, serene sanctuary—crafted for everyday living, enriched through thoughtful materiality, and finished with timeless coastal charm
