FLATPACK PICK UP OPTIONS - Important information about your pick up.

Items Awaiting Collection

If you’ve chosen to pick up your Flatpack order, your items will be individually stacked on a trolley and ready for collection at your scheduled time from our factory at 12 Production Street, Noosaville.

When you arrive at Gull Design, please proceed to Main Reception. A member of our team will then assist you in collecting your order from the Loading Dock.

Please note: Orders must be collected within 2 business days. After this period, a holding fee may apply.

Individual Packing Material

To help reduce costs and minimise environmental waste, Flatpack items are not individually wrapped or packaged. Instead, your order will be neatly stacked on a trolley, ready for collection.

We recommend bringing your own reusable packing materials such as blankets, towels, or sheets to protect your items when loading them into your vehicle.

Heavy Items

While we're happy to assist with the occasional heavy item if a team member is available, we are unable to dedicate staff to help load your Flatpack order and cannot guarantee assistance will be available at the time of your collection.

We strongly recommend bringing enough people with you to safely load your Flatpack items into your vehicle.

Pallets

Your order will not be packaged on a pallet by default, as most of our clients prefer to load items directly into their vehicles, helping to reduce both costs and unnecessary environmental waste.

If you would prefer your items to be stacked on a custom pallet, please let us know in advance. This service can be arranged at an additional cost.

Should you choose this option, the price will include forklift assistance from our team to load the pallet onto your vehicle.

HOW DO I TELL the items apart from one another?

Each cabinet part is clearly identified with a convenient label, showing both the part name and the corresponding cabinet number it belongs to.

We recommend unpacking your order and grouping all parts by cabinet before you begin assembly. This will help streamline the construction process and make it easier to stay organised.
