With our easy to use online ordering system, you can use our revolutionary online software to build your own custom cabinets, receive a real-time quote to ensure you stick to your budget, then pay and order… all online!
Still wish to use the manual order form?
If you’re less tech-savvy, or just need some help designing your cabinets, you can use our manual request form to send us your measurements, hand drawings and example photos of what you’re hoping to achieve.
Our Team will create your 3D drawings for your approval, once you approve your drawings, we will then supply a no-obligation quote.
Please note that an hourly rate applies for the drawing of your 3D Concept Plans.
HOW DOES THE MANUAL ORDER PROCESS WORK?

Complete the Flat Pack Quote Request Form below, including uploading any photos, notes and measurements you have, alternatively feel free to drop into our Showroom and hand them over in person, whatever format you have is fine, we will use these to create a set of Concept Plans for your project.

We will email you a set of 3D Concept Plans, after reviewing these plans you will have the opportunity to make changes to your design up to two times included within the service, additional charges will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Most Concept Plans can be completed within a week depending on the size and complexity of the project.

Once you’re completely happy with your Quote and Concept Plans, please sign and return these by email. Once our team have received your signed Quote and Plans, an invoice will be generated. Full payment of this invoice is required before your project can progress to our factory.

Once full payment is received, your project will be released to our factory and production will start within 2 business days.

You will be notified by email once your order is ready for collection or delivery.
a) Pick Up If you’ve chosen to pick up your order, please reply with your approximate arrival time, we will aim to have your Flat Pack order ready and waiting for you to collect. A short wait time may apply if we do not know your arrival time, or if we are busier than usual.
