November brings a little change to the Gull Design team, with a few extra moustaches making an appearance as we get behind Movember and support men's health.

What starts as a bit of fun and friendly competition is part of a much bigger conversation. Movember is dedicated to raising awareness and funds for men's mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer, helping create positive change for men and their families.

It's an opportunity to pause, check in with the people around us and encourage conversations about health and wellbeing. Sometimes, simply asking someone how they're going can make all the difference.

As a team, we're always looking for ways to get involved beyond the day-to-day, and Movember gives us the opportunity to come together for a cause that matters. Whether the moustaches are impressive or still a work in progress, the intention behind them is what counts.
