Rosi Bar - Hastings St
There's something about a wine bar that instantly slows the pace.
Maybe it's the promise of "just one drink" (which somehow turns into three… maybe more), maybe it's the share plates, or maybe it's simply finding a spot that makes you want to stay awhile.
Whatever it is… Rosi has nailed it.
After hearing all the buzz around Noosa's newest opening, we finally carved out an afternoon to see what everyone was talking about. Safe to say, it lived up to the hype.
Tucked away on Hastings Street, Rosi has that effortless European feel that somehow makes you forget you're only a few hundred metres from Main Beach. Inspired by the laid-back wine bars of Spain's Basque coast, it's the kind of place that doesn't ask you to rush. In fact, their motto is "before dinner, after dinner, or instead of dinner," and honestly... we couldn't agree more.
The wine list? Dangerous (in the best way).
The food? Designed for sharing - which is perfect, because you'll inevitably want to order "just one more" plate.

But as designers, it was the space itself that really caught our attention.
The lighting is warm without trying too hard. The materials feel relaxed but refined. Every corner feels considered, yet nothing feels overdesigned. It's proof that great interiors aren't always about making a statement, they're about making people feel something.
We found ourselves doing exactly what every well-designed hospitality space hopes you'll do: staying longer than planned.
IMAGES OF INTERIORS (OUR OWN)
Whether you're catching up with friends, escaping after work or looking for your next date-night spot, Rosi feels like one of those places that will quickly become part of the Noosa routine.
We'll definitely be back.
Probably sooner than we should.
